How a lunchbox delivery works

You book in 30 seconds at post a task — give us the pickup address, the school, and which child it's for.
A vetted Sendlie runner accepts and heads to your pickup. You'll get their name and ETA on WhatsApp within five minutes.
Pickup from your nominated contact at the doorstep — no entering homes.
Drop-off at the school reception. The lunchbox is handed to the office staff and signed in. We never hand items to children directly.
Photo proof and delivery confirmation arrive on your WhatsApp the moment it's done.

Why school-safe matters

Sendlie's school-safe mode is a deliberate design choice. Items for children always pass through the school office, never directly to a child in the playground. Our runners are trained on this and we only assign vetted, ID-verified people to school deliveries.

This is non-negotiable. It's why we'll always be slightly more careful — and slightly more expensive than a friend on a bike. Peace of mind, every time.

Urgent — £12.99. Within 1 hour. For when school lunch starts in 50 minutes and your daughter is already crying.

If you book Urgent (£12.99), we aim to have it at the school within 1 hour. Standard (£8.99) is same-day, usually 2-4 hours.

Can your runner enter the school?

No. The runner hands the lunchbox to the school office staff at reception. We never let runners interact directly with children — this is a strict safeguarding rule.

What schools are in your area?
